Children
Our town, l’Estartit, and Camping Emporda are certified DTFs.
Our animation team has three members that will be with the kids and entertain them.
During the day with activities such as chocolate, bubbles or painting workshops; with fun water games to enjoy during the hottest hours of the day.
At night the kids can attend unforgettable parties like the Mini-Miss and Mini-Mister contest, the talent show or the mini-discos.
The beach
In l’Estartit, you can find a big beach with fine sand and of shallow depth, perfect for the youngest ones. There, the children can attend the “mini-beach club”, a free and supervised service . During the summer, the beach is guarded by civic agents and qualified lifeguards.
Our mascot: TINET
In order to celebrate the campsite’s 30th anniversary we decided that it was time to look for a mascot, and so we met: TINET
Tinet is a “martinet ros”; a bird species that nests in the Medes Islands and also in Delta de l’Ebre. It is about 19 inches long -35 inches with its wings open- and it weights about 10.6 oz. He’s reddish and white except for its shiny golden brown chest. His beak is large, black and blue, and its eyes are yellow.
Tinet represents the fauna that you can find in the surroundings of the campsite, in l’Estartit.
We wanted our mascot to be another member of the team. That’s why he will be present in many activities that we are planning for next summer. He will also be a new friend for our youngest costumers! We hope you like him and that you will come for a visit!
Sports Area
This aera has a football field, basketball and mini basketball court, volley beach field and two petanque areas. The use of this facility is free for our clients and suitable for all ages
Swimming pools
We have two swimming pools. One is semi-olympic, for adults, and the other is a children’s pool with water jets, ideal for the younger ones.
Miniclub El Tinet Club
An entertaining children’s area where the young ones can participate in activities such as painting, clay and plasticine handcrafts, birthday and fancy-dress parties.
We also organize fun competitions in the swimming pool, gymkhanas, Water-Olympics, aerobics and aquagym.
Playgrounds
We have two playgrounds where children can have some fun. One is next to the bar and the other one is at the centre of the campground. The playgrounds next to the mini-club are ideal for the kids to have a perfect holiday.
